What is ClientLoop?
ClientLoop is a secure client portal for collecting documents and form responses. You send one request, your client opens a single magic link, uploads what you asked for and fills in any forms — and you approve it from one dashboard.
Do clients need an account or a password?
No. Clients sign in with a magic link sent to their email. There is nothing to install, progress is saved as they go, and it works on any device.
How much does ClientLoop cost?
The Free plan covers up to 5 clients with unlimited document and form requests. Pro is £19 per month or £190 per year for unlimited clients, automation and a custom domain. Enterprise pricing is custom.
Is ClientLoop secure and GDPR compliant?
Uploads are malware-scanned, files are stored encrypted on EU hosting, every action is written to an activity log, access is role-based, and GDPR erasure is built in.
What can ClientLoop connect to?
Calendly, Slack and Asana are built in. Beyond those there is a REST API, signed webhooks, and connectors for Zapier, n8n and Make — plus CSV import and export.
Which files can clients upload?
Common business and image formats including PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, CSV, JPG, PNG, HEIC and ZIP, up to 25 MB per file.
